Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners focus on military forces

In the UK, the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners held their annual Military Awards recently. These awards recognise the work of environmental health technicians (EHTs) from the Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) and the RAF Environmental Health Cadre as well as the WCEC's affiliated cadet units.

Train station accidents highlight danger of cleaning fluids

An accident in which two women were burned when a passenger's drink bottle burst at Tokyo's Shinjuku Station this summer was caused by cleaning fluid being wrongly decanted into the aluminum container, according to police.
