PFS Group - which owns Boma, Greenspeed, Bielen Produkten and Metech Machines - has now acquired Clean Solutions Group Belgium (formerly known as Seifar), a producer of cleaning products for the institutional market.

Clean Solutions Group (CSG), a Dutch multi-site company, acquired Seifar four years ago. PFS GROUP is now giving the company back its original name.Luc Bresseleers, CEO of PFS Group explains: "We have had the ambition to invest in our own production facility for some time now. With Seifar in our group, we are realising this dream and strengthening our focus on innovation and sustainability. Seifar will continue to produce for our subsidiaries and will maintain the trusted service that customers are accustomed to."

CEO of Clean Solutions Group Pim Honig adds: "I am pleased with this agreement and convinced that Clean Solutions Group Belgium has found a good home where it can continue to grow. This is a great opportunity for the local employees to develop further and be part of the growth story of PFS Group."
