EnerSys Hawker offers opportunity charging

EnerSys offers the Hawker XFC fast/opportunity charging range of batteries and chargers for the floor cleaning market.
The company says conventional lead-acid batteries cannot be used several times a day and cannot be opportunity charged in two to three hours. With the Hawker XFC it can simply be charged when not in use.
Other benefits include minimal gas emissions, together with environmental and economic benefits thanks to its lower energy requirements during recharge. This, says EnerSys, means reduced electricity bills and lower CO2 emissions.
Hawker is also maintenance free and fully recyclable.
