New from InnuScience is an Internet of Things (IoT) based product monitoring system. Called Connected Cleaning, the systems works by monitoring cleaning agent usage which is then reported monthly against the budget per site.
InnuScience specialises in cleaning solutions based on biotechnology - fermentation extracts, enzymes and microbes - that achieve the same results as chemical alternatives.
With Connected Cleaning, a router integrated into the dispensing equipment communicates product usage data back to the company via Wi-Fi or 4G. InnuScience can then issue simple customer reports in a traffic light format, indicating if product usage is in line with budget. The system can also
flag up other metrics such as usage diagnostics and empty product warnings.
