Delegate registration is now open for the 2025 Innovation Lab on March 27 at Excel London. Organised by facilities services specialist Carlisle Support Services, the event will bring together over 600 cleaning, security and facilities professionals for a day of education and networking.

The programme will focus on sustainability, AI, robotics and complementary technologies designed to enhance people-based operations. For the first time there will be a dedicated sustainability partner, Neutral Carbon Zone, which will support the organiser in accurately measuring Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.

Boasting innovators, thought leaders and expert speakers from across the industry, the day will be a combination of solution exploration, professional development and peer-to-peer networking say the organisers. There will also be over 50 exhibitors.

Expert speakers will address topics across the support services industries including artificial intelligence, technology, sustainability, social value, counter terrorism, workforce reform and complementary policing initiatives.
