OptiGroup buys Stadsing

In Denmark, OptiGroup - European business-to-business distributor of business essentials in facility solutions, packaging and safety solutions, printing and creative solutions and reseller solutions - has acquired 100 per cent of the shares of Stadsing. Stadsing is a supplier of cleaning and hygiene products.
Headquartered in Aalborg, Stadsing has around 70 employees and will continue to be led by brothers Karsten and Henrik Stadsing.
