Independent janitorial distribution network Jangro has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal. EcoVadis is a globally recognised assessment platform that rates businesses' sustainability based on four key categories: environmental impact, labour and human rights standards, ethics and procurement practices.

Jangro scored 97 per cent in the rating, which it says puts it in the top five per cent of companies globally for sustainability performance.

"Reaching the top five per cent globally is a testament to our team's hard work and the partnerships we've built with suppliers and customers who share our vision for a more sustainable future."
