UK cleaning company Julius Rutherfoord has joined forces with The WOW! Awards to launch a new recognition programme for its employees.

Many businesses throughout the country now use the WOW! Awards scheme to show that their employees are valued and to help build a culture of service excellence. The awards are designed to improve staff engagement and make it easy for customers to give positive feedback.
