Atalian Servest launches project to discover hidden talent
3rd of April 2020Facilities management service provider Atalian Servest has invited its 27,000 employees in the UK and Ireland to join in a competition that will identify the company's top in-house entrepreneur.
The ONE progamme is designed to uncover hidden talent, encourage entrepreneurial spirit within the business and inspire people to put forward innovative ideas.
The aim of the learning and development (L&D) project is to reach and engage with colleagues at all levels and locations and to inspire a company-wide commitment to idea generation. Atalian Servest is on the lookout for innovative submissions from individuals or groups that are relevant to the business and fit within the company values:
• Entrepreneurial spirit. Work, autonomy, development, independence.
• Agility. Flexibility, anticipation, innovation.
• Integrity. Lucidity, respect, loyalty, honesty.
• Sustainable development. Environment, society, economy, humanity.
• Simplicity. Accessibility, availability, efficiency, proximity.
Shortlisted teams will be provided with a subject matter expert who will coach them to the final which will take place in November during Global Entrepreneur Week.
The UK and Ireland board will then select an overall winner and present a prize. The winner will receive a bespoke training and development plan and their innovation will be phased into the business at the beginning of 2021.
