Deotrash is a new solution to odours generated within waste bins developed by Biomeco. It’s a pump spray device that is activated by each release of the lid - atomising the material inside.

The actual odour eliminating product is composed of mineral salts, pathogenic microorganisms, biodegradable surfactants and aromatic ingredients. The manufacturer says odour removal is permanent and entirely natural - non toxic and 100 per cent biodegradable.

Installation is said to be quick and easy, and the system can be fitted into any type of waste containers. One unit of product can last up to 90 days and Biomeco says it can save up to 80 per cent of the costs of sanitising rubbish bins.
